Lead, Follow, or Get-out-of-the-Way is a great phase that I learned from one of my business mentors. It so happens to apply to Special Olympic Floor Hockey and a ‘learning moment’ occurred for me while coaching my youngest son’s team.
Where did it all start

Pinehouse Polar Plunge
As part of the Uranium Energy Corporation (UEC) Saskatoon team, Chris Hamel and I took part in the second annual Polar Plunge in Pinehouse Lake to raise money for local people including support for cancer treatment and a cultural wilderness experience for youth.
