The Joy of Entrepreneurship

One of the business lessons that I have learned late in life is the joy of entrepreneurship.  I have always enjoyed project work, managing large teams executing hundreds of millions of dollars in work but never considered owning my own company until recently.  It has been a joy to see the company grow and positively impact other people’s lives as well.  I really have to thank the COVID-19 pandemic for the opportunity to work home for a period of about 5 months which allowed me time to get the business started, build a book of work and onboard some past colleagues as new employees.
