Safety Gear

As engineering students enter the workforce, proper fitting work gear and training is so important.  A safe work culture starts with preparations to provide good fitting safety gear and equipment orientations at the start of work-terms.  This includes gloves, helmets, eye protection, reflective clothing, and footwear for the task at hand.  Equipment orientations demonstrate proper handling and build confidence in the new worker ahead of challenges that may be encountered in the field.
