Scope
“In late 2006, Cameco initiated a strategic plan to revitalize the Key Lake facilities in order to ensure that the mill would be able to process McArthur River’s Mineral Reserves for the next thirty years. The key objectives of this plan are to refurbish or replace selected areas of the existing infrastructure, enhance environmental performance and increase nominal production capacity to approximately 25 Mlbs U3O8 per year.” [1] As a Program Director and Manager for Cameco Corporation, James worked with the Program Manager for the Key Lake Revitalization Project and site teams, over a period of approximately five years (2008-2012) to ensure future ore could be accommodated from McArthur River Operation. The icons to the right only represent areas that work lead by James and the MRX team, consultants and contractors.
