Building Capacity
How are we building engineering capability and capacity? Our engineering students were at the 2023 CIM AGM in Montreal, learning about the latest in mining innovation, automation, networking, and loading up on swag. It was an action packed four days, including time for site sightseeing at the Basilique Notre-Dame, St-Viateur for bagels, and Schwartz’s Deli for smoked meat sandwiches.
Hatley Engineering is continually investing in the next generation of engineers, along with the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and their industry sponsors. We have been a sponsor for the World Mining Games in Saskatoon for several years now and are looking forward to another exciting year!
